Storyboard Demonstration - First Attempt



What i found easy: I found expressing concepts such as speech and movement while conveying camera movements and angles easy as i have am heavily visual based, i am surprised that my drawings turned out the way they did , in a way they were above my expectations where they suffice in expressing the movements and expressions of different characters.

What i found difficult: I had problems with the layout where i could not figure out how many boxes would be enough and how much is too much, other than that my drawing style is too monotone and repetitive where i must find ways to distinguish some characters from others, i will try using a highlighter next time , meanwhile i have not yet mastered terminology used to express camera movements and things such as voiceovers.

Post Production Editing

 This blog was taken from my teammate Angelo's blog as he was entirely responsible for editing https://angelo-regentsmedia.blogspot.com/2023/03/music-video-post-editing.html Music Video Editing First, before anything I imported the ‘Ghost Town’ Audio into Hitfilm ( My editing software ) I named it appropriately  I lowered down the volume to not make it too loud I started importing files we have on the drive By using the ‘import’ button at the top left corner, I imported the videos to Hitfilm I Edited the videos by cutting them into pieces ( By using the clipping tool )  and finding the best scenes to use for each part, Following the storyboard. I also used jump cuts on appropriate beats to show time leaping forward.  I experimented using the letter box in the music video, But It didn't sit right for me to use it so I removed it.  Done with the first few scenes, I imported the next videos for our next scene.
